Skill Training: 900 Beneficiaries received training in sectors such as Beauty & Wellness, Apparel, Retail and Telecom &
1796 PwD Youth received training in Sector such as Beauty & Wellness, Retail, IT-ITes and Telecom across multiple districts in India, including Champawat, Nainital (Haldwani), Kullu, Saharsa, Khorda (Bhubaneswar), Dhenkanal, and Bathinda
Placement Assistance: Post-training, more than 70% of the total trained including PwD candidates have secured employment in Organizations like Vishal Mega Mart, Tanishk, Easy Day, Big Bazaar, etc.
Post-Placement Support: Continuous support is provided to ensure long-term employment stability.
Skill Training: 682 Beneficiaries received training in Healthcare sectors under C4W (Customized Crash Course for Workers), an initiative aimed at providing short-term, customized skill training to workers impacted by the pandemic or industrial shifts. This program helps workers quickly upskill or reskill to meet the evolving demands of the job market across multiple districts in India including Vaishali, Saharsa, Khagaria, Darbhanga, Nainital .
Placement Assistance: Post-training, more than 70% of the total trained candidates have secured employment in major hospitals in Uttarakhand and Bihar.
Post-Placement Support: Continuous support is provided to ensure long-term employment stability.

PMKVY 4.0 (SP)
Skill Training: 2000 Beneficiaries received training in sectors such as Tourism & Hospitality, Apparel, Retail, Electronics & IT-ITes across multiple districts in India, including Nainital (Haldwani, Ramnagar, Kaladhungi), Udham Singh Nagar (Kashipur), Bageshwar, Chamoli, Vaishali, and Bathinda.
Placement Assistance: Post-training, more than 70% of the total trained candidates have secured employment in Organizations like Vishal Mega Mart, Tanishk, Easy Day, Big Bazaar, etc.
